Jennifer Bashant is the CEO of Building Better Futures, LLC. She is a trainer, coach, and speaker with the mission to empower people to live their best lives. Her work takes her into the corporate world as well as into the education system.

- The importance of learning and understanding people’s gifts and talents in order to showcase them versus looking for their problems and how to address them.
- Why intrinsic motivation is the right type of motivation to focus on.
- The reason many of the problems addressed at the corporate level are rooted in the education system (and how to work through them).
- Finding the proper balance between giving grace for people to learn and grow while pushing people to be the best they can be.
