But how do I process everything I did?
I received multiple versions of that question after last week’s email (find it HERE).
Provoking thoughts around the year’s accomplishments led many of you to start thinking about how 2021 affected you as well as how it has prepared you.
You likely asked yourself:
How was 2021?
What did I accomplish?
What did I struggle with?
What did I learn?
How will I grow?
The problem is that whether or not you asked those questions or different ones, you likely do not have a framework to process them through that will help you move forward.
I get it because I used to struggle in a similar manner.
That’s why I decided to create a simple framework to follow to help me make the most of the year behind me as well as the new year ahead. The framework is broken down into 3 areas.
1. Reflect – learning from what happened in the past.
2. Realize – getting real honest about the present.
3. Reinforce – preparing to launch into the future.
Check out the guide below which expands on the 3 areas I listed above.
And as always, if you have any questions at all, feel free to reply to this email.
