Initially, it can be difficult to see common ground between being an effective leader and being a servant. But we Christians know that servant leadership was a big part of Jesus’ ministry and is a call for anyone who takes up the mantle of leadership today. What can we do to bridge the gap between being a good leader and being someone that serves others well?
