Recently, a friend DM’d me on Instagram because she received a bad review. She went on to ask how I deal with bad reviews, negative feedback, and unsatisfied clients. She then recommended I share my response on the podcast so here we are.
In this episode, I talk about how I deal with them, what I’ve learned from them, and what growth I’ve experienced as a result of them.
